Contact admin@dctherbs.com within 7 business days with order number, photos, and issue description. Approved cases receive replacement or store credit; refunds only if replacement is unavailable. Products damaged after truck driver or delivery service have undocked your facilities, it is the full responsibility of the buyer. All damages and claims must include photos of damage occurring on the dock and time stamped. If damaged occurred while driver was enroute to your facility call or contact DCTHERBS.COM immediately to report accident.

Custom/private label services are non-refundable once production begins and require a signed pre-production agreement.

When applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.
